Clackmannanshire Tourist Association will be pulling the crowds into the county, owing to a new project with the University of Stirling. Both are set to be working hard on a marketing project which will look at the best ways to promote Clackmannanshire, and increase tourism in the area.

Sarah Cameron, Marketing Manager, is delighted. "It couldn't come at a better time, with all the changes that are going on in Clackmannanshire - we will be able to combine our experience of tourism in the county with the sound marketing expertise of staff and students of the University"

This undertaking is part of a larger ERDF funded project between the University of Stirling and Forth Valley College. Project Manager, Susan Grasekamp, explains. "The aim of the project is to cultivate links between the business community and educational institutions in the area. We can help businesses tap into our resources, enabling them to improve their products and services spanning everything from marketing to healthcare".
