How to approach SURE with a business proposal.


If you are going to approach SURE with a proposal to set up a business, there are certain questions that we are going to want you to have thought about in order to take things further. It would be helpful if you could have some idea about the answers to some of the following questions before contacting us. However, we are willing to help, so if you aren’t sure, do contact us and let us help you.

•    What are you wanting to sell? (What is your product?)

•    To whom are you wanting to sell it? (Who is your target audience?)

•    Why would they buy it from you? (What is your Unique Selling Point?)

•    Who else could they buy it from? (Who are your competitors?)

•    How many potential customers are there? (What is the size of the market?)

•    How much would they pay? (What is the value of the market?)

•    How much will it cost to make your product sales-worthy? (What investment is needed?)

•    How much do you think you could sell in a year (What do the annual incomes look like?)

•    How will you tell the target audience about your product? (What kind of marketing will you need?)
